Subscription Policies

Group Class Subscription Policies:

  1. Your subscription includes a one-week free trial, weekly Zoom classes AND out-of-class learning materials!

  2. You will be automatically charged weekly for your subscription once the free trial period ends.

  3. We cannot change the free trial date once you sign up, so please make sure to utilize this wonderful opportunity!  

  4. If you need to cancel your subscription, please finish out the classes you’re signed up for in the week. You can cancel your subscription on the page My Subscriptions on our website.

  5. You are responsible for canceling your subscription.  We cannot refund you if you forget to cancel the subscription and don’t attend classes.

  6. If you want to continue the subscription, but go on vacation or miss classes, we can refund you for those classes.  Please inform us at least 24 hours in advance if you will miss a class and would like a refund.

Private Tutoring Subscription Policies

  1. You will receive a certain number of private tutoring session credits/week.  Your card will automatically be charged each week and your classes will be reset.

  2. If you'd like to schedule sessions for the same times each week, please contact us so we can put them into the schedule for you. 

  3. Please let us know if you can’t make all of your classes for that week and we can credit you an extra class.  

  4. If you need to cancel your subscription, please finish out the classes you’re signed up for in the week. You can cancel your subscription on the page My Subscriptions on our website.

Bookings FAQ

Can I have a sibling attend a class that I booked?

Yes!  You just need to book a shared screen plan.  We offer 50% off the second student.  Our normal plans are just for one student only. 

When is it too late to book a class/tutoring session?

Please book at least 24 hours before the class/tutoring session starts.  After that, booking is closed.  You're welcome to email us if you have any problems.

What if I'm late to my class/tutoring session?

If no students show up within 10 minutes of the class starting, the teacher will leave the session.  You cannot get a refund for a missed class unless you email us 24 hours beforehand.

What if I accidentally miss a class?

Because our teachers put a lot of time into lesson prep, we can't refund you for missed classes.  Let us know at least 24 hours in advance if you need to miss a class and we can help you.

What if I need to go on vacation?

Email us at least 48 hours before your intended vacation and we can issue a refund for unsed classes.

What if I know I'll miss a class?

Let us know at least 24 hours in advance if you need to miss a class.  We can credit you so it doesn't count that missed class.

How does the subscription work?

You will be automatically charged for your classes.  The payment includes all classes you attend and out of class learning materials available through our student pages.  

How can I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription on your member profile page!  

I cancelled the subscription but had unused classes!

You can continue attending classes until the end of your subscription period!  For example, if you cancelled your subscription and your subscription period ends on the 15th, you can continue attending classes until then!
